Anaheim Weekend :)
So this weekend, Tristan invited me to the Women of Faith conference. It was in Anaheim. Our view out of our hotel room, was of the California Adventure. So naturally I was uber excited that we were SO close to the happiest place on earth! So we went to the conference on Friday night, and heard some speakers, and then Stephen Curtis Chapman sang, which was cool because I've pretty much grown up listening to his music. Friday night we ate, and then went to bed super late. Saturday, we ate at the conference. The food was SO expensive. After it was over, I went to the Cheesecake Factory for the first time ever. The food was amazing. We then walked to Downtown Disney. We shopped some, and then while waiting for the valet, we got to watch the end of the fireworks, which was really cool. We were exhausted after that so we went back to the hotel room and went to bed. The next morning we got up and came home. When we got to Bakersfield, we ate at Love Sushi, and I don't love sushi, so I got cooked chicken. Then Tristan and I went to Target, Starbucks and then headed home. It was a very fun weekend. Sunday night, I stayed home from church and watched the VMA's with my brother and his friends. So naturally, we saw the whole Kanye-Taylor thing, which was REALLY messed. Then, I proceeded to give Michael a Reptar tattoo and so I convinced him to put it on his wrist. So today when Mike came back over, we both put matching Pokemon tattoos on our feet, which were SUPER cool. :)

Happy Thursday (:
So this week has seemed like the longest week ever. Yesterday, Ty got MMS working on our iPhones, YAY! Also we watched the live blog about the Apple event. So today, we decided that we are going to by my mom one of the new iPod nanos for Christmas. She has always wanted one, but they have never had an FM radio on them until now, which is nice for her. Tomorrow, Tristan had an extra ticket to the Women of Faith event, so I'm tagging along. (: I've never been before, so I'm sure it'll be a treat. So with saying that, I won't be posting another blog until Sunday night or Monday. But I will have the picture of the day for all the days I missed on my next blog. I'm really excited because I've really been sticking with this. It's only been like a week, but I'm having fun blogging, even if nobody in the world reads my blogs! OH, about today. I watched the movie King Kong with Ty & my dad. I forgot how freaking sweet that movie is, and that there were so many dinosaurs in it. So, during the movie I acted like Reptar, and attacked my dad. Good day all around (:

Horses & Drugs....♥
Missed!
So this past weekend was my mothers birthday, so we went to the coast. I missed those days, the internet over there sucks where we stay. Thursday we got to Pismo, unloaded our stuff and went to SLO. We ate at the Apple Farm and then walked around downtown, Thursdays they have a farmers market. Friday, we went to the beach and did some serious laying out. We then went to the outlet mall and shopped some. Oh, I forgot to mention that I cooked lunch, which doesn't happen very often. That night we went to Pismo Fish & Chips, where we saw one of my moms friends who has worked there forever, and married the owner. (I think) Saturday, the guys left early and me and mom stayed shopping. I had never been to a Marshall's, so we went, and I came home with a Juicy shirt I got for $24.99. That was a GREAT deal. We finally got home around 7:30. Sunday was a lazy day, we had church, and I watched 90210 all day long, trying to catch up before the season 2 premier tonight (tuesday) actually. Monday was Labor Day. I went swimming with my 7 year old, twin, cousins. We acted like Dinosaurs in the pool and attacked each other. It was alot of fun. I then, seeing I have been in the cooking mood, cooked dinner for everybody. Then, I watched 90210 for the rest of the night. :) So here are the pictures of the day from Thursday-Monday (:
I forgot to mention that Saturday, before me and my mom left, we went to the Avalia Valley Barn. We LOVE getting vegetables from there, so we stopped. Saturdays they have corn you can buy and it's ready to eat, and seeing as though we LOVE corn I got some, but it burned the entire inside of my mouth and even blistered it! I didn't know you could do that to the inside of your mouth!!!!! Crazy stuff!

Day 2
So here goes Day 2. Today at church, we started our Competitions. Nicole and I are on the plaid team, so I finally got to wear my pink plaid rain boots. I've been waiting for forever to wear them. I kept telling people that if I wear them enough it will start raining here, and they just laughed. Oh well... Rain Rain Come Someday!!!

Finally :)
So from now on, I have decided to post a picture everyday for 6 months. I may continue if I really like doing it, and I'll probably blog some in between. So yay! for finally figuring out what I want to do :) So here's to day one. I've been praying for rain! So this is what I wrote on my bulletin board today when I changed it to September. Hopefully I can start wearing my rain boots soon!!!
Start date: Sept. 1st 2009

Why not take a crazy chance...
So last night Ty took me to watch Julie & Julia, which is about this woman who blogs about cooking every recipe in another woman's recipe book. That inspired me. I want to blog about doing something everyday, or even if it's just posting a picture everyday for a year. So if anyone has any ideas let me know :] I don't care if anyone reads it, It is a good goal setter. Like Julie in the book, I haven't finished a lot to the end. So why not, right?
Ideas:
1] Post a picture that I take everyday for a set amount of time. 1 year? 6 months?
2] Make up some sort of scheme everyday for a set amount of time. Like my water slide idea. Who knows, one day that may pay off.

Waterslide Transport
So I've been thinking, why not think of a new way to travel that would be a new and exciting? Well I had a dream last night, which consisted of Tyler and I traveling back from the coast through underground water slides. So I wake up and I'm like, hey that's really not such a bad idea, right? Well, here is what I have collaborated in my thought process:
1] Can start from one town and make it go to another town, to see how well it goes over.
2] I know the whole gravity issue probably concerns most of you, but if I had good investors we could have some way of boosting you from point A to point B. If nothing else we could start on the top of a mountain.
3] Of course the tubes would be completely closed so it would be okay for winter too. (don't forget we would use nice hot water in the winters) Now if that didn't work out either, then summer business would be fine.
4] Eventually, if we had several different tubes running we could work out some sort of waterproof credit card system, so when they stopped in the pools to change directions or what not, they could buy some lemonade or snacks, or heck even open up a McD's or something.
This is all I have for now, but if anyone has any other ideas you may contact me and I could either approve them or not ;)

So Michael had a good idea:
Michael Meadors
Or maybe have different systems for people of different weight categories because if they had to wait in 5 minute intervals traffic would suck.
I had told him that We could have everybody go every 5 minutes so people wouldn't get stuck or crash or anything. So I might bring in Michael as a partner :)
